What We Do

What we do…
is because of Calvary

At Calvary Baptist Church, we do not serve God “in order to,” but “because of.”  In other words, none of our ministries are done in order to be saved, but because we are thankful for what Christ did for us at Calvary and what He continues to do in our daily lives and in the lives of others to whom we minister.  

1 John 4:19, “We love Him, because He first loved us.”

Weekly Meetings

Sunday:
– Morning Service and
Children’s Church…….10:30 am
at Dogsthorpe Community Centre,
followed by time of fellowship

– Sunday School………….3:00 pm
at 200 Welland Road (during term times)

​- Evening Service….6:00 pm (weekly) at 200 Welland Road, followed by time of fellowship

Mondays:  
School of the Bible………7:00 pm (during term times) online

Wednesdays:  
Free English Classes….5:00 pm (during term times) at 200 Welland Road
Midweek Service………7:00 pm (weekly) at 200 Welland Road

Fridays:  
Adult Bible studies………10:00 am (during term times) at 200 Welland Road

Bishopfield Care Home Service….2:15 pm (last Sunday each month)
Youth Group……………6:00-8:00 pm (every “Teenth” Friday of month)
